"Dear Silverline, This is a note to not just tell you we are happy with our recent car purchase from you, but to tell you why we are so happy with that purchase. We started this project by deciding on a vehicle, a BMW X3, which we felt would fill our needs and likes. We went to Cars.com on the internet looking for a used 2005 X3 that was located within 500 miles of Tacoma. We set our sight on a vehicle with a price tag of under $20,000 and with a mileage under 40,000 miles. We also had some color prefrences. As it turned out this was not an easy goal, but it seemed reasonable, considering the preliminary feedback from the internet. This included using carfax to insure a one owner car that had never been in an accident. There were about ten cars between Bellingham, Washington, Boise, Idaho and Meadford, Oregon that looked as though they should be considered. Your vehicle fit all of the criteria better than any other dealers considered, who by the way, were given ample opportunity. You did miss on one issue. Although you lowered the price you still wanted $20,250.00 (close enough). Beyond that, you offered a couple of really major pluses. There were just 25,871 miles on the X3 and it was not a 2005, but a 2006. In addition, it was a late model 2006, having been purchased by the original and only owner on October 9th of 2006. That means it is still under the factory warranty and will be untill late in 2010. The color: black exterior and a black interior, looks great. All of that makes our purchase an outstanding value, i.e. a two and one half year old BMW X3 for a cost that is less than half of the original price.
